Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy – SICOS

At SICOS, we want you to have a smooth and stress-free shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of order delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible unless damaged or defective


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product issues

  • A ₹149 exchange fee will be charged

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted if the product meets eligibility criteria

  • A ₹149 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refund will be credited to the original bank account/payment method

  • COD Orders:
    Refund will be issued as store credit, usable on your next purchase


Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing images/videos

  • No additional charges will apply after verification

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Supporting images (if applicable)


Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality check

  • SICOS reserves the right to reject requests if conditions are not met
